FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL MOTHERS OUT THERE!!!

IF MOTHERS WENT ON STRIKE

Mother, how important is she in one’s life. Is she taken for granted (as we mostly do) or respected and loved the way we see in Typical Bollywood Movies. Frankly I don’t know. I never knew the importance of my mother (though I loved her dearly) till I became one. Yes you read it right, I knew what she meant to me only after I became a mother. Its when I stepped into her shoes did I know that I am a part of her and we both are inseparable…

So suppose we wake up one fine morning and realize that our mothers are on strike how would you feel? Have you ever thought about it? You would definitely get an electric jolt, will send a chill down your spine and completely lost. As we take them for granted we feel they ought to do all the household chores. But will that be fair on our part. After all they are humans too.

Mother is a divine gift to us from God who gives us unconditional love and guidance. She is the soul of our home. She is the one who converts our brick walled house into a warm and cozy home. Mothers are the security blankets who tuck us safe and sound.

Has anyone wondered how we get those magical hot breakfasts and meals on time, how our clothes are washed, ironed and kept neatly in the cupboards, how do all our papers and books so meticulously sit in our book shelf and this‘HOW’ list is just endless. Do our mothers have a magical wand? No they don’t, they too have two hands which work tirelessly and selflessly without complaining.

So all I have to say is mothers are the backbone of our home and to keep this backbone healthy, sturdy and strong, shower them with love, respect and care. Make them feel loved.

Love her, she deserves it too
